PREVIEW LESSON

How you hold the tambourine is perhaps the most important thing to understand. The jingles react differently depending on the angle and position of the instrument. In this lesson we find a stable, natural playing position: how to stand, how to distribute your weight, and how to hold the tambourine for maximum control over tone and resonance. A good posture is the foundation for every technique that follows.
